Inspiration: Hurricane Sandy

We sure hope that our friends, family, brides and blog readers are safe after HAIR-ricane Sandy invaded the East Coast. If we could have used our bobby pins and hairspray to keep her confined, we sure would have! With mother nature as our inspiration, we got to thinking about how often rain impacts our weddings and what tools our brides can use to make their photos pop!

This group was wonderful to work with. From day one all of my emails and questions were answered right away. The prices are equal to all area wedding beauty services. Erica & Lindsay were absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for better hair/make-up artists. They were on-time, totally flexible when it came to the wants of each of my bridesmaids, and really made me feel absolutely gorgeous when they were done! We love destination weddings! Even if that means across the bridge to the smallest state of Delaware. We thoroughly enjoyed spending a warm spring day close to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk with Amanda and Cooper! Stunning flowers by Intrigue Design and Decor. Beat 2 Beat DJs provided the perfect ambiance with their up-lighting. Enjoy! 

Real Wedding: Hannah

Hannah is a confident, enthusiastic and stunning person. Lindsay and Ashley had the opportunity to do hair and makeup for Hannah for both her rehearsal dinner and her big day! After spending those short two days together, we felt as if we had been adopted by her family. Their warm hearts really shine through and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of the magical event. I can not say enough great things about Up Do's For I Do's. They were wonderful with me starting from my first hair and make up trial, to my second, to my mom and mother-in-laws trials, all the way up to the wedding day. I feel so lucky that I had Kara doing my hair, and Beth doing my makeup. They were honestly the best team. Both were so professional and insanely skilled. My hair was beyond what I could imagine, and I felt so vain in wanting to constantly look at my face in the mirror after Beth worked her magic. The girls helped to make getting ready fun with my bridesmaids, and it felt more like two extra bridal party rather than hair and makeup vendors. If you choose anyone other than Up Do's for your wedding day, you are making a mistake. They are the real deal and the best there is! ~ Katie
