Shoot and Feature: Alice in Wonderland and A Paper Proposal

We had been planning this Alice in Wonderland shoot for weeks. We were wishing for the perfect winter day with crisp air and the sun peeking through trees. As Rusty Love Vintage Rentals unloaded the truck, the rain came down harder and harder. Plan B. Let's shoot inside. Yay for brick walls and a warm fire place. You may remember the behind the scenes photos on facebook. Well now we can officially share the jaw dropping photos from this awesome day. The rain slowed down and our models braved the cold wet ground.

Every morning I wake up feeling blessed that I get to do what I love, work with creative people and sometimes bring my little monkeys along with me. My daughter Brooke had a mini play date while modeling! Score!

Up-Do's For I Do's is all about good details. Often on a wedding day, we are out the door before the flowers arrive and we miss all those little details that make up a big day.  We hear from our brides the hardwork that is put into those details. The ribbon tying, hot gun gluing and bedazzling should be shown off. Today we've included some of the detail shots from two of our favorite weddings. 

CHRISTIN

The weather channel reported a hurricane headed directly towards her venue. Kent Island was shut down and Christin and her fiance had to reschedule their wedding. In the past 8 years, we've never had a drastic change in wedding plans. Fast forward a month later and even though it was still a rainy day, Christin was able to walk down the aisle!

 The star fishes with the seating arrangements attached to them. Notice the surfboard with their orginial date. They officially wed the following month in September.
