Everyone wants that smokey look. To some extent, we all want that smoldering eye.
Here's a few tips to achieving it:
1- Try a different placement. For example, instead of putting the darkest color in your crease, you may be better off with it on your lid and vice versa.
2- Try different colors. I use lots of different colors when it comes to making the best smokey eye for each client. From purples and browns to grays and blacks. It just depends on the level of intensity you want.
3- Wing out your liner slightly. this could give you a more dramatic look without going too dark or heavy on the shadow.
4- Try darkening your eyeliner and making it thicker.
5- Experiment. Makeup really has no rules. In all honesty, trial and error will get your favorite look and make you the most satisfied!
